The 20th century gave us the traditional face-to-face research methods, but in the last 10-15 years online methods are being used more and more by our clients and marketing-orientated companies in general.
We are not talking about the basic DIY surveys a monkey could organise. (If you pay peanuts you shouldn’t be surprised what you get!)

Face-to-face focus groups are a great option, but they’re expensive and take time. We are delighted to offer these (Tony Moore has run over 1500 of these over the years!) but we can also provide a fast and effective online alternative.
The online surveys we use involve a range of quality enhancement measures to ensure the robustness of the results.
